Family: Married to Paul Taylor for 25 years, and one daughter, Moriah
Age you got saved: I grew up in a church, had prayed the prayer of
salvation early on, and began to alter my lifestyle based on my
relationship with Christ at age thirteen.
Salvation story: Through the ministry of Camp Sandy Cove for girls and
because of the love and care expressed by members of Woodland
Presbyterian church, I decided to dedicate my life to Christ and His work in
the world. I received the baptism in the Holy Spirit at age fifteen and walk
in His power and with His guidance.
How long have you been attending Living Word: Twenty years
Why you attend LWC: We came to LWC when we began to think about
having children because we wanted to be in a church where the priority
was knowing God’s will and following it. Moriah will tell you that we made
the best choice.
Favorite Book besides the Bible: The Pressure’s Off by Larry Crabb
Favorite TV show: Law and Order
Something about you most people don’t know: I played varsity
badminton in high school and defeated a player in a tournament who went
on to college with a full scholarship for that sport.
