Adult Sunday School The Adult Sunday School meets every Sunday, except for July and August, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. The purpose of the Adult Sunday School is to provide an opportunity for intensive study of the Bible. Each year a book of the Bible is selected and studied in depth. Participants are encouraged not only to read the Word, but to participate in the discussions during the class. The goal of the Adult Sunday School is to help all participants grow in their knowledge of the Scriptures. A strong emphasis is placed on interpreting the Bible with care and integrity, with an eye toward practical application. The Bible is taught as the authoritative Word of God, that continues today to speak the Word of the Lord to all those who will listen.
